🔧 How to install

  1. Mount the membrane housing securely on the RO skid using proper clamps/supports
  2. Insert the RO membrane element carefully into the housing
  3. Fit the head assembly with seal properly in position
  4. Tighten the locking ring to secure the head
  5. Connect feed, permeate, and reject piping as per system design
  6. Check all connections and start system at low pressure for testing

  • The RO membrane separates purified water (permeate) from dissolved salts and impurities
  • Clean water exits through the permeate port
