🔧 How to install

  1. Switch off the RO system and release internal pressure
  2. Open the membrane housing end cap
  3. Remove the old O-ring carefully
  4. Clean the O-ring groove to remove dirt or deposits
  5. Apply a thin layer of silicone grease (recommended)
  6. Place the new O-ring evenly in the groove
  7. Refit the end cap and tighten properly
  8. Restart the system and check for leaks

❓ How it works

The O-ring functions as a sealing gasket placed between the membrane housing body and end cap. When the housing is tightened, the O-ring compresses and fills microscopic gaps between surfaces.

This compression creates a pressure-tight seal, preventing water leakage and ensuring that feed water flows correctly through the RO membrane without bypass or loss of pressure.
