🔧 How To Install

  1. Mount panel on wall or panel cutout
  2. Connect main power supply
  3. Wire Raw Water Pump & High Pressure Pump
  4. Connect solenoid valve and dosing pump
  5. Connect LPS, HPS, and float switches
  6. Connect conductivity sensor
  7. Power ON and configure using keypad

⚙️ How It Works

The controller follows an automatic operating sequence:

  1. Checks tank levels (raw water & treated water)
  2. Starts Raw Water Pump
  3. Opens flush valve for preset duration
  4. Checks pressure conditions
  5. Starts High Pressure Pump
  6. Displays real-time plant status on LCD

If any fault occurs:

  • High pressure
  • Low pressure
  • Tank overflow
  • Dry run

👉 The system automatically trips and protects the plant, then resumes when safe.
