🔧 How to install

  1. Turn off the system and release pressure
  2. Identify the pressure line or pump discharge point
  3. Install the switch using the 1/4" threaded connection
  4. Ensure proper sealing using PTFE tape
  5. Connect wiring to the SPDT terminals (NO/NC)
  6. Set desired pressure using the adjustment screw
  7. Power on the system and test operation

❓ How it works

The high pressure switch operates using a mechanical diaphragm mechanism. When system pressure increases and reaches the preset limit, the diaphragm moves and triggers an internal micro-switch.

This action either:

  • Cuts off the pump (safety shutdown), or
  • Sends a signal to the control panel

Once pressure returns to a safe level, the switch automatically resets and resumes normal operation.
