🔧 How to install

  1. Turn off system and release pressure
  2. Mount the switch on the pressure line using 1/4" threaded connection
  3. Ensure proper sealing (use PTFE tape if required)
  4. Connect electrical wiring via the cable gland
  5. Set pressure range and differential using adjustment screws
  6. Power on the system and test switching operation

❓ How it works

The Danfoss KP36 operates using a bellows-type pressure sensing mechanism. As system pressure changes, the bellows expands or contracts.

  • When pressure reaches the set cut-in or cut-out level, the internal switch activates
  • The SPDT contacts then control connected equipment such as pumps or alarms
  • The built-in differential setting ensures stable switching without frequent cycling

This allows precise and reliable pressure regulation in industrial systems.
