🔧 How To Install

  1. Mount the panel in the cutout space
  2. Connect power supply (Phase & Neutral)
  3. Wire Raw Water Pump, High Pressure Pump, and Solenoid Valve
  4. Connect LPS, HPS, and tank level switches
  5. Connect conductivity (TDS) sensor
  6. Power ON and select AUTO mode

⚙️ How It Works

The controller follows a fully automated sequence:

  1. Checks raw water tank level (must be sufficient)
  2. Ensures treated water tank is not full
  3. Starts automatic membrane flushing
  4. Activates Raw Water Pump
  5. Checks pressure conditions
  6. Starts High Pressure Pump
  7. Continuously monitors TDS and safety inputs

If any unsafe condition occurs, the system automatically stops the plant to protect equipment.
