  2. Install the switch on the low-pressure line using 8 NB BSPM connection
  3. Ensure proper sealing for leak-free installation
  4. Connect electrical wiring to NO/NC terminals
  5. Adjust the pressure set point using the central grub screw
  6. Restart the system and test functionality

❓ How it works

The Aster LPS-Nxt operates using a diaphragm-based pressure sensing mechanism. When system pressure falls below the set value:

  • The diaphragm shifts and activates the internal micro-switch
  • The switch sends a signal to stop the pump or trigger an alarm
  • Once pressure returns to normal, the system resumes operation

This ensures safe and efficient operation without manual intervention.
