  • Fluid control systems
  • Industrial automation setups

🔧 How to install

  1. Turn off the system and release pressure
  2. Identify the suction line or low-pressure side of the system
  3. Install the switch using the 1/4" BSP threaded connection
  4. Use PTFE tape to ensure leak-proof fitting
  5. Connect wiring to the SPDT terminals (NO/NC)
  6. Adjust the pressure set point using the screw
  7. Restart the system and test operation

❓ How it works

The low pressure switch uses a diaphragm-based sensing mechanism. When system pressure drops below the preset level, the diaphragm moves and activates the internal switch.

This action:

  • Cuts off the pump to prevent damage (dry run protection), or
  • Sends a signal to the control panel

Once pressure is restored, the switch resets automatically and allows normal operation.
