  1. Turn off the system and release pressure
  2. Install the switch on the high-pressure line using 8 NB BSPM connection
  3. Ensure proper sealing for leak-proof installation
  4. Connect wiring to NO/NC terminals
  5. Set the desired pressure using the central adjustment screw
  6. Restart the system and verify operation

❓ How it works

The Aster HPS-Nxt uses a diaphragm-based sensing mechanism to monitor system pressure. When pressure exceeds the preset limit:

  • The diaphragm moves and activates the internal micro-switch
  • The switch sends a signal to stop the pump or trigger an alarm
  • Once pressure drops to a safe level, the system resets and resumes operation

This ensures safe and efficient control of high-pressure systems.
